How do I access a client’s file?
Your client invites you by e-mail from their workspace, or sends you a link request that you accept. Access is only opened with their consent, and they can withdraw it at any time.
Is the accountant workspace really free?
Yes, it is free for verified accountants and accounting firms (ITAA, IPCF or company number, manual verification). Your clients keep their own Start or Business plan: the accountant workspace does not give them a free subscription.
Is the referral programme paid?
No, there is no commission. We support the clients you refer to us and you keep free access to your workspace.
Can I prepare a client’s VAT return?
Yes. You select the client’s company; the return is recorded for that company. Filing on Intervat is still done by you or by the client.
Which accounting software is supported for export?
Sage BOB 50, Exact Online, Octopus, WinBooks, Yuki, Venice, as well as a universal accounting CSV.
