- Encrypted connection (HTTPS) between your browser or the app and our servers.
- Two-factor authentication available at sign-in.
- Separation by company: each user only sees the companies and files they have access to.
- Accountant access opened only after the client's approval.
Documents
- Private supporting documents: your documents are not published on the web; access is verified each time they are opened.
- Original PDF of Peppol invoices kept as received.
- VAT returns kept exactly as they were produced.
Personal data
- GDPR: your rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability.
- Processors and any transfers described in the privacy policy.
- Account deletion on simple request.
