What is FactOne?
Invoicing software for Belgian professionals: invoices, quotes, credit notes, electronic invoices via Peppol, scanned purchases, VAT return preparation and exports for your accountant.
Who is FactOne for?
Freelancers and companies established in Belgium, as well as their accountants.
What is Peppol?
The European network for exchanging structured electronic invoices. In Belgium, it has been the channel for invoices between businesses since 2026. FactOne connects to it through a partner Peppol access point.
How do I scan an invoice?
From the mobile app (available on Android and iOS), using the camera, or by importing a PDF or photo from the browser. FactOne reads the amounts and the VAT; you check before validating.
Does FactOne prepare my VAT return?
Yes, it calculates the boxes from your invoices and generates the XML file for Intervat. Filing is still done by you or your accountant.
How do I send my data to my accountant?
Through an export in the format of their software (Sage BOB 50, Exact Online, Octopus, WinBooks, Yuki, Venice), through the UBL and PDF archive for the period, or by giving them access to your file.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes: the FactOne app is available on Android, via Google Play, and on iPhone and iPad, via the App Store. FactOne can also be used in the browser.
Which permissions does the app use?
The camera to scan, access to files and photos to import documents, and notifications. It does not use the microphone, your contacts or your calendar.
How do I delete my account?
From the app (Profile, then Account settings, then Delete account) or by e-mail to info@factone.be. The full procedure is described on the Account Deletion page.
